We can help you understand your health insurance, find high quality physicians, determine effective treatment options, locate the most cost-effective facilities, answer medical questions and more.

IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL QUESTION, NEED A NEW DOCTOR, OR WANT TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS, CALL US FIRST.
Our highly experienced Registered Nurse Advocates will listen and ask questions to really understand your situation. Then, we’ll make recommendations to get you the very best care from the very best doctors. In fact, only 15% to 20% of doctors nationwide meet our strict quality standards.
If a doctor is out of your network, we’ll recommend an in-network, high quality alternative.

IF A DOCTOR RECOMMENDS A PROCEDURE OR DIAGNOSTIC TESTS, HAVE THEM CALL US FIRST.
We’ll work with your doctor(s) to make sure the procedure or tests are medically necessary. And don’t worry, we work fast so you can get what you need quickly.
A Registered Nurse Advocate will also follow up after a hospitalization, some minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests. For hospitalization and minor surgeries, we incorporate a post-discharge plan for a smooth transition back home. We’ll also connect you with quality, in-network doctors for any discharge services that you may need.
During the precertification process, you may be invited to case management. But don’t worry. This is just an added level of support.

ADDED SUPPORT FROM CERTIFED NURSE CASE MANAGERS
Our case management program is designed to provide additional support for complex medical conditions, hospitalizations, and specialty care. You’ll work with a Certified Nurse Case Manager who will listen, ask questions, and review your medical history to determine the best course of treatment. And your dedicated case manager will be there every step of the way, advocating for you to get the very best care.
